What GRANTS can I get?

Green Homes Grant LAD Scheme

£500 million funding is being allocated to local authorities through the Local Authority Delivery (LAD) scheme, to improve the energy efficiency of homes of low-income households, helping reduce fuel poverty, phasing out high carbon fossil fuel heating, and delivering progress towards the UK’s commitment to net zero by 2050.

Clients will need to contact their Local Authority Council to apply for the LAD scheme Grant

ECO3/ECO4

Energy Company Obligation 4 (ECO4), which will run from April 2022 until March 2026 at an average cost of £1 billion per year (2021 prices).

The main objective of the scheme is to improve the least energy efficient housing stock occupied by low income and vulnerable households, thereby making progress towards our statutory target of improving as many fuel poor homes as reasonably practicable to EPC band C by 2030, with an interim milestone of band D by 2025.

IMPROVEMENTS
we offer

Boiler Upgrade Scheme

New grants of £5,000 will be available from April next year to encourage homeowners to install more efficient, low carbon heating systems – like heat pumps that do not emit carbon when used – through a new £450 million 3-year Boiler Upgrade Scheme. These grants mean people choosing to install a heat pump will pay a similar amount as if they were installing a traditional gas boiler.

The whole process was fast and high quality, from filling in my questionnaire to signing off the loft insulation and double glazing.

I would definitely recommend GGI to friends and family!
